Xavier Rodolfo Samaniego

Xavier Samaniego, 40 of Hurst Texas, passed away on January 12, 2026, in Bedford, Texas.

Born on August 17, 1985, in Houston, Texas, Xavier brought warmth and joy to the lives of those around him throughout his life. 

Xavier is lovingly remembered by his wife Rebecca; his mother Rose; his brother Fabian; his sister Cristina; his nieces Alexandra and Desiree; and his nephew Logan. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who cherished his presence. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Ricardo "Ricky" Samaniego.

A man of deep kindness and compassion, Xavier had a remarkable ability to make others feel seen and cared for. His generous spirit extended not only to people but also to animals; especially his beloved dog Arthur, who held a special place in his heart.

Xavier found joy in the world of games. Whether it was video games, board games, card games, or immersive sessions of Dungeons & Dragons, he embraced them all with enthusiasm and creativity. His love for storytelling and imagination also drew him to musicals and plays. He delighted in experiencing new performances and sharing those moments with others.

Those who knew Xavier will remember him for the laughter he brought into their lives, the thoughtful way he listened, and the unwavering support he offered without hesitation. His legacy is one of kindness, curiosity, and connection, a life lived with heart.
