William Curtis "Bill" Kiene,70, of Dallas, Texas, passed away suddenly on December 11, 2025.
Born on March 12, 1955, Bill was raised in a close-knit family in Kansas City, Missouri with his parents Randy and Charlene, and brothers Steve, John and Jeff. He attended Park Hill High School and later the University of Arizona on a golf scholarship, where he began building the foundation for a successful career.
Bill spent 35 years as a home-builder and commercial real estate developer. He was particularly proud of developing the Joesler Shopping Center in Tucson, Arizona, contributing to the city's vibrant community. Later, he continued his passion for home building in Dallas.
A true sports enthusiast, Bill was a scratch golfer, avid fisherman and devoted fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and Dallas Stars. His quick wit, sharp sense of humor, and charismatic nature made him a joy to be around. Bill was generous, a self-starter, fiercely loyal, and deeply protective of his family. Above all, Bill was most proud of raising his son, Holden, whom he cherished and adored.
Bill is survived by his beloved son, Holden Kiene, his mother, Charlene Thompson (Harley) of The Woodlands, Texas, and his Brothers Steve Kiene (Tracy) of Minturn Colorado, John Kiene of Austin, Texas, Jeff Kiene (Stacy) of Littleton, Colorado, and step-sisters Lisa Toburen (Kevin) of The Woodlands, Texas, Stacy Barbara of Dallas, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Randy Kiene.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 29th at 2:00 pm at Yogi's Sushi bar located at 9440 Garland Rd, ste 130, Dallas, Texas, 75218.
Bill's legacy of hard work, humor and unwavering family devotion will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed.
