Tina Lynette Brewer

Tina Lynette Brewer, 56, went home on July 11, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of boundless love, warmth, and dedication. 

Born in Oklahoma City on October 29, 1969, to Wayne and Roberta Carrier, Tina grew up in Yukon, Oklahoma, as the cherished youngest child of the family. As a teenager she was a lifeguard, played soccer, and competed in Miss Teen Oklahoma. She attended Surrey Hills Elementary, Yukon and graduated from Putnam City High School in 1988. She worked her way through college while working multiple jobs. One of her favorite memories in college was working at Eskimo Joes. She was a proud 1993 graduate of Oklahoma State University, with a BBA, carrying her bright spirit and determination into everything she pursued. After graduation she started her career in the financial industry which led to a successful career with companies like Merrill Lynch. As an entrepreneur, she entered the storage and development business. It was in this community she built that she instilled the same values, such as love and devotion, that she demonstrated with her family. 

Having prayed during a difficult season for a good and mature man, Tina met the love of her life, Wright. Their connection was immediate and truly God-ordained. Tina always proudly maintained that Wright was God’s precise and perfect answer to her prayers. They married in 1999, in Tina’s childhood church, Church of the Servant. 

Their love grew strong and they built a deep, faith-filled life together. Wright may have helped Tina know God’s Word more deeply, but Tina showed and taught him and their entire family how to *do* God’s Word. She modeled love in action every day: loving her husband and children well, teaching the family how to love and care for one another, and walking in servant hearted faith. Just six months ago, while encouraging a loved one, Tina shared that she did not fear dying because she loved and knew God. She knew Jesus personally and trusted Him completely. 

Tina was a beautiful woman of unwavering devotion. Her love permeated every endeavor and was felt by everything she embraced. She poured her heart into everything she did. With her hands-on approach to love she expressed her deepest devotions. To her, love was to nurture. She was an avid gardener and caregiver to any animal that crossed her path. Tina had a natural gift for nurturing life. Health, growth, and the quality of everything she cared for was deeply important to her. Her connection to nature was profound. Animals of all kinds instinctively trusted her and looked to her with the same comfort and safety as someone does to a mother. 

That same love she used to foster nurturing all animals and wildlife was first fostered into her family. Tina’s family was her most treasured aspect of her life. She nurtured love into her family and taught them how to feel love and how to love. God equipped her to know and understand unconditional love so she could love her family like Christ loves her. Tina knew how to love each one of her kids and her husband in a way that could portray characteristics of Christ that she knew they needed the most. She was and always will be the start of a Christ-like nurtured love that will be passed down and known by every generation to be carried out by her family members. Many of Tina’s happiest moments were spent surrounded by her family near the water and nature. She loved the ocean deeply, and cherished times spent on the family boat or at their home in the Bahamas. She loved traveling and playing at the beach with her children and grandchildren. It was in those moments that she witnessed the embodiment of love she and her family had for one another. Tina lived for her role as a wife, mother, and grandmother, embracing it with every fiber of her being. 

Tina’s warmth, nurturing soul, and tireless dedication to her family will be deeply missed, but her love will live on in every blooming flower, every ocean wave, and the family she loved so fiercely. Her relationships with her family will continue to grow as her love is embedded and displayed in their lives. Her love is everlasting and death has lost its sting. 1 Corinthians 15:55-57 ESV “O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?” The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

 **Survived By** Tina’s memory and her spirit of love will forever be carried on by her family, who meant everything to her: - Her devoted husband, Ralph Wright Brewer III - Her loving children: Morgan Brewer, Taylor Alexeev (and husband Andrey), and Quade Brewer - Her beloved grandson, Levi Alexeev, and a highly anticipated future grandson - Her mother, Roberta Cross (formerly Carrier, née Fox) - Her brother, Tony Carrier (and wife Lynn) - Her sister, Lana Little (and husband Alan) - Her nephew, Miles Terry
