Tammy Kaye Gillespie

Tammy Kaye Gillespie, 56, passed away on June 19, 2026, surrounded by her family. Born on September 30, 1969, in Frankfurt, Germany to Ronnie Joe Easter and Frances Kaye Tilley Easter., Tammy grew up in Velma, Oklahoma, graduating as Co‑salutatorian in 1987 and later earning her degree from Oklahoma State University.

Tammy was a devoted mother to her sons, Cameron and Christopher, and spent her career with Koch Industries in Wichita, KS, where she was known for her dedication and encouragement of others.

Tammy was fearless and was not afraid to stand out or do the right thing. She found joy in performing karaoke and cherished her karaoke community. Tammy married her husband, Phil Harley, on December 31, 2024, and embraced her stepdaughter, Ashley, with love.

Tammy loved her family and friends greatly and will be forever missed.

She is survived by her husband, Phil Harley, Valley Center, KS., her two sons, Cameron Gillespie and Christopher Gillespie, Valley Center, KS., stepdaughter, Ashley Harley, Topeka, KS., ex-husband, Michael Gillespie of Medicine Lodge, KS., father, Ronnie Easter and mother, Frances Easter of Roanoke, TX., brother, Ronnie Easter and wife Denice,, Marshall, TX., brother, Christopher Easter and wife, Christie Decatur, TX., sister, Kimberly Davis and husband Chip, Bowie, TX., sister, Holly Kelley and husband Travis, Highland Village, TX., best friend, Desiree, McPherson, KS., nieces Tina, Shelby, Clarissa, Ana, Jasmine, Alyssa, Hannah and Terra, nephews Lane, Levi, Raife, and Jessup, many cousins and many friends.

A celebration of life for Tammy and her father, Ronnie Easter, will be scheduled at a later date.
