Cookie Roberts, 52, passed away on June 2, 2026.
Cookie was born on November 9, 1973, in Thailand to Dusit and Yuwanee Tongkul. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished daughter, sister, aunt, and friend whose kindness and vibrant spirit touched the lives of all who knew her.
Cookie graduated from Warren High School and later earned a degree in International Business from California State University, Los Angeles. Throughout her life, she was actively involved in her community, participating in the Keller ISD PTA and supporting the education and activities of her children.
On October 17, 2008, she married the love of her life, Jerry. Together they built a beautiful life centered around family, laughter, and creating lasting memories. Cookie found joy in cooking meals for those she loved, tending to her garden, crafting, vacationing with family and friends, and enjoying games that brought people together. With all that said, most of all she loved being a Mom and an unbelievable wife.
Cookie’s boys were her pride and joy and what an incredible job she did to prepare them for life. Evan and Wyatt were first and foremost in every aspect of her life and she cherished every minute of it.
“The Laugh” …. What an incredibly infectious laugh!! We have never experienced such pure joy in a genuine unbridled laugh. No one could resist its power.
Cookie brought joy to every occasion and her aura was unmatched. Her kindness and confidence exuded in every setting and was always there to organize and start the “fun” no matter what the setting. If there was music at a celebration, you could bet she was rounding up the girls to be first on the dance floor. She was magnetic and people were drawn to it.
Cookie loved the great group of ladies in the neighborhood and created an incredible bond with Collette Gordon. They were two peas in a pod doing many things together. It’s apropos that they tragically perished together. Unfortunately for us, God decided to call two of the best people at the same time, but we were blessed to spend time with them.
She was preceded in death by her father, Dusit, and her brother, Tara.
Cookie is survived by her beloved husband, Jerry Roberts Jr.; her sons, Evan and Wyatt; her mother, Yuwanee; her sisters, Ketty and Jackie; her brother, Jojo; her nieces, Sophie, Nicki, Adeelia, Winona, and Orraya; her nephew, Sefino; and many extended family members and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.
A Celebration of Life honoring Cookie will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller, Texas.
Cookie's warmth, generosity, and unwavering love for her family will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all whose lives she touched.
A reception will be held at the funeral home immediately following the service. Family and friends are invited to stay and share fellowship, memories, and refreshments as they honor and celebrate Cookie’s life.
