Sherrie Jo Perry

Sherrie Jo Hatley Perry, 57, of Grapevine, Tx passed away peacefully, June 12, 2020 after a long battle with congestive heart failure.

Sherrie was born August 21, 1962 in Dallas, Tx to Joe and Judy Hatley. She was a 1980 graduate of Grapevine High School, and went on to work for Delta Airlines, then Lynden Air Freight until she retired.

Sherrie truly lived life through simple pleasures; chatting with family and friends, snacking, and spending time with her children and grandsons. Sherrie never met a stranger and had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. She always said, "it'll be ok and if not, it'll still be ok."

Sherrie is survived by daughter, Jamie and husband Michael Turner of Justin Tx; son Ranger Perry of Sanger, Tx; son Ryder Perry of Denton, Tx; 2 grandsons, Blaine and Bryce Turner; Father Joe Hatley of Grapevine, Tx; 2 brothers, Billy Hatley of Grapevine, Tx and Roy Hatley of Keller, Tx and sister, Becky Graves of Athens, Tx; and multiple nieces and nephews that she adored. She was preceded in death by her mother Judy Hatley.
