Rosemary Paternoster

Rosemary Paternoster, 85, passed away peacefully on September 16, 2026. She was born on April 24, 1941, in San Chirico, Italy, to Antonio and Margherita LaSala. Rosemary was proud of her Italian heritage, and she carried the traditions, values, and love of family from her upbringing with her throughout her life.

Rosemary found great joy in the simple things she loved most. She was an accomplished cook, enjoyed gardening and sewing, and cherished time spent reading Scripture. Above all, Rosemary loved her family dearly and took great pride in the lives and accomplishments of those she held closest to her.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Rocco Paternoster; her parents, Antonio and Margherita; her brother, Mike LaSala; and her sister and brother-in-law, Rosalie and Ben DiPronio.

Rosemary leaves behind to cherish her memory her sons, Anthony “Tony” Paternoster and his wife, Julie, and Jamie Paternoster and his wife, Lisa; her cherished grandson, Vincent; her niece, Sabrina, and Sabrina’s daughter, Bianca; and her nephew, Rocco “Rocky.” She will be deeply missed by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at Lucas Funeral Home – Keller. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 25, 2026, at Bourland Cemetery.
