A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst, Texas from 4:00 pm to 7:00pm.
Ronald will be laid to rest in Rolling Hills Cemetery, Richmond, CA. Date and time pending.
He is survived by his son, Ronald Blackwell II and wife, Nikki; granddaughters, Emerald and Aaliyah; best friend Howard Watts; and many other extended family and friends.
