Robert Stumbo, 63, of Haslet, Texas, passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2025, in Dallas. He was born on September 10, 1961, in the Bronx, New York, to Cornelia and Philip Stumbo.
Robert lived life with enthusiasm and heart. He had a passion for golf, classic cars, and motorcycles—especially the 1971 Chevelle he proudly built himself. He was a fan of boxing, enjoyed trips to the casino, and never missed a chance to crack a joke. His fun-loving nature and sense of humor left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
Above all, Robert was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. His greatest joy came from the time he spent with his family, who were the true center of his world.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Raquel Sanchez Stumbo; his daughters, Melissa Ambrosio and husband Vinny, and Nicole Halwani and husband Mo; and his cherished grandchildren, Sophia and Rocco Ambrosio, and Peyton and Brody Halwani. He is also survived by his mother, Cornelia Stumbo, and his brothers, Philip Stumbo Jr. and Ralph Stumbo.
Robert is preceded in death by his father, Philip Stumbo Sr.
His humor, warmth, and love will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
