Robert (Bob) L. Burton

Robert (Bob) L. Burton, 78, of Fort Worth, Texas passed away December 31, 2025.

Bob was born January 18, 1947, to Gloria and Robert Burton in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He grew up in Quinlan, Texas and graduated from Boles High School.

Bob loved his family most of all. He also loved cheering on and watching the Dallas Cowboys. He enjoyed fishing, family gatherings and was an avid sports fan.

He was a devoted and loving husband. Amazing father of his three children. Bob was a member of Hills Church of Christ for over thirty years.

Bob was preceded in death by his mom, Gloria Burton and brother, Chris Burton.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Jennifer Burton; daughters, Sophia Miller and husband Tim of Flower Mound and Tracie Easen and husband Nick of Fort Worth; son, Bobby Burton and wife Lenette Burton of Fort Worth; brothers, Irvin and Tommy Burton; sisters, Carol Meadors and Edith Swiney; grandchildren, Crystal Bodiford and husband Johnathan, Alicia Morton and husband Jimmy, Chad Cuddeford and wife Betty, Ryne Easen, Rachel Easen and husband Lou, Larry Collins, Amber Delaney and husband Dillon, Nathan Burton and Ben Burton; great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Cuddeford, Haven Cuddeford, Gabe Morton, Grace Morton, Jack Bodiford and Zane Collins; Numerous other family and friends.

Memorial Service will be 11:00 am Friday, January 9, 2026 at The Hills Church Chapel, 6300 NE Loop 820, North Richland Hills, Texas 76180.
