Richard Philip Ramos, Jr., lovingly known as "Richie" and "Jr.", passed away on November 18, 2025, at the age of 16. Born on May 1, 2009, in Fort Worth, Texas, Richard brought joy, laughter, and an unforgettable spirit to everyone who knew him.
Richard was a student at V.R. Eaton High School and also participated in the Aviation Maintenance Program at Tarrant County College, where he was proud to be learning hands-on skills for his future. He was curious, talented, and always eager to master something new.
With a big heart and an adventurous soul, Richard loved gaming, welding, and riding his motorcycle. He treasured time spent with his family—especially playing with his nieces—and he cherished every moment hanging out with his best “hoodrat friends doing hoodrat things,” a phrase that never failed to make those around him smile.
Richard was preceded in death by his grandmother, Cencia Romero.
He is survived by his parents, Richard and Stephanie Ramos; his sisters, Isabella, Adrianna, and Brianna Ramos; his brother, Julian Ramos; and his beloved nieces, Dililah Grace, Olivia Violet, and Nova Rain. He also leaves behind his grandmother, Diana, and his Lita Nicolasa, along with numerous Tias, Tios, cousins, and friends who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.
Family and friends will gather to honor Richard’s life on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Lucas Funeral Home – Keller. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m., with burial at Greenwood Memorial Park immediately afterward.
Richard’s vibrant personality, humor, loyalty, and love for life will be deeply missed. His legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched.
