Richard Henry Lehmann

Richard Henry Lehmann, 94, of Fort Worth, passed away April 5, 2026. He was born December 23, 1931, in Greenwood County, Kansas, to Oscar and Ethel Richards Lehmann.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 14, 2026, at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Keller. The family will receive friends for visitation from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home, with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.

Richard was an avid wrestling fan who found great joy in the outdoors and had a deep love for animals. He enjoyed gardening and took great pride in his Cherokee heritage. A proud veteran, Richard served honorably in the United States Air Force for 26 years, retiring with the rank of Master Sergeant. He also shared a special bond with his beloved chihuahua, Lucy.

He is survived by his daughters, Lori Gwartney and husband John, and Vicki Carney and husband Rick; 1 grandson, 2 granddaughters and respective spouses along with 7 great grandchildren.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife, Dorothy Lehmann; and three sisters.
