Memorial services for Nathan Harris, 60, of Fort Worth, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller. Burial will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
Nathan passed away on September 16, 2025. He was born September 10, 1965, in Mount Holly, New Jersey, to Nathaniel and Yvonne Harris.
Nathan proudly served his country as a combat medic with the U.S. Army’s 14th Infantry Regiment, the “Golden Dragon” brothers. He carried that same spirit of service into his everyday life—always ready to lend a helping hand or offer a word of advice. Known for his quick wit and corny jokes, Nathan brought laughter wherever he went. He had a deep love for his family and enjoyed nothing more than gathering with them for a good barbecue.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Marie “Lilou” Harris; sons Matthew, Devin, and Jordan Harris; daughters Janelle and Zeelah Harris; sister Nicoel “Nikki” Harris; and grandchildren Mileena, Lielani, and Lamari Harris.
Nathan is preceded in death by his parents, Nathaniel and Yvonne Harris, and sisters Nina Daye and Loreen Law.
His legacy of love, laughter, and friendship will be remembered always.
