Muriel Hinkley

Muriel "Peggy" Hinkley, 91, passed away Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013.        Funeral: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.        Peggy lived in Bedford for 36 years and retired from Colonial Savings in Hurst.        She loved helping others and never met a stranger.        Peggy was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Marcus R. Hinkley, in 2005 and her sister, Mildred, in 2001.        Survivors: Son, Warren Hinkley and wife, Beverly, of Euless; daughter, Susan Vrabel and husband, Bill, of Bedford; grandchildren, William Vrabel, Mark Vrabel and wife, Amy, and Pamela Stevenson; great-grandchildren, Carrissa Vrabel, Ashleigh Vrabel, Adyson Hinkley, Kalie Stevenson and Emily Fuller; special niece, Judy Heinle of Pennsylvania; many other extended family and friends who all cherished their time with her.
