Morgan Reese Hallak, age 9, of Lawson, Missouri, passed away on Monday, November 24, 2025, surrounded by the endless love of her family. Born on July 9, 2016, Morgan brought nine years of pure joy, energy, and light to everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Morgan was a vibrant, spirited little girl whose smile brightened every room. She loved all things colorful—especially bright, bold, cheerful colors that matched her personality. She was full of life and always on the move, either zooming on her pink moped, playing soccer or softball, practicing gymnastics, or dancing with all the confidence and heart in the world. Morgan also loved cheering for the Dallas Cowboys right alongside her dad, proudly sporting her blue and silver. One of Morgan's greatest joys was snow. She had seen snow before in Texas, but she looked forward to Missouri's winter with pure excitement and wonder. She talked often about how magical it would be, and she was so ready to experience her first real Missouri snowfall. Morgan's kindness, courage, and gentle spirit touched many. Even in her final moments, her bravery continued to shine through her Walk of Honor, where she gave the gift of life to others.
Her legacy will live on in the hearts she helped heal and the lives she forever changed. She is deeply loved and will be endlessly missed by her loving parents Reese and Samantha Hallak and adoring sisters, Alyssa and Peyton Hallak. She is also survived by her grandparents, Michael (Papa) and Tracy (Mimi) Hallak, Le Anna Gardner (Granny), and Guy Wiley; her Uncles and Aunts, Buddy and Ashley Hallak, Zachary and Amber Hallak, Steven and Paige Shields, Jacob Wiley and Elisa Meridith, and Cody and Christina Wiley; her first cousins, Moira, Zoey, Audrey, Stella, Brock, Cooper, Cylus and Chase; and many great Aunts and Uncles, cousins, and extended family members. She was preceded in death by Howard Gardner (Papa), George Hallak (Papo), and June Reese (Nana).
