Mary E. Balsinger, age 79 passed away May 9, 2013 at her home. She is survived by her husband Kenneth A. Balsinger of Roanoke, TX; sons, Glen Balsinger of Trophy Club, TX. and Stephen Balsinger of San Antonio, TX. She also had 4 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter and was a dear friend of many. Mrs. Balsinger was cremated and her cremated remains will be returned to California.
