Marvin Joe Wheeler

Marvin (Joe) Wheeler was born December 2, 1934, to Clarence and Agnes Wheeler. He passed peacefully on February 19, 2026 in North Richland Hills, TX.

Joe was preceded in death by his father, Clarence; mother, Agnes, sister, Ann Mullins, son, Andy Wheeler and granddaughter, Jessica Brezina. Joe is survived by his wife of over 63 years, Thelma Ree Wheeler and daughters, Karla Denise Robertson and Cynthia LaBeau. Joe was known to his grandchildren and great grandchildren as "Papa". Surviving grandchildren are grandson, Brady Stephens (wife Jennifer) and granddaughters Sarah Jones (wife Kristin), and Nicole Cranford. Surviving great grandchildren are Caleb Stephens, Jacob Stephens (wife NhuY), Jasmine Jones, Nora Jones, Ryan LaBeau, Colton Cranford, Chace McLead, Colby Brezina and Reid Brezina.

Joe made a profession of faith to the Lord Jesus Christ on November 8, 1964, and was baptized on January 17, 1965. Joe and Thelma were members of Pipeline Church (formerly Bellevue Baptist Church) for over 50 years and volunteered many hours of service at the church.
