Marvin Dale Crow, 85, of Bedford, Texas, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 15, 2026.

Marvin was born on December 10, 1940, in Loveland, Colorado, to Elmer “Bud” Crow and Margaret (Hayden) Crow. He was raised in Englewood, Colorado, alongside his brother, Harvey (“Harv”) Crow, and graduated from Englewood High School, where he enjoyed participating in athletics, particularly football and wrestling.

He continued his education at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Marvin later became a successful entrepreneur, owning and operating his own construction company for many years. He was known for his strong work ethic and craftsmanship.

Beyond his career, Marvin found great joy in working with his hands. He was an accomplished woodworker, enjoyed jewelry making, and had a lifelong passion for rock hounding. His creativity, curiosity, and appreciation for the outdoors brought him countless hours of fulfillment and resulted in many handmade creations that his family will cherish.

Marvin shared 63 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Caroline Kingsley Crow. He is also survived by his children, Leslie Anne Broome and husband Mike of Greenwood, South Carolina, Brian Crow and wife Barbara of Rhome, Texas, and Alan Crow of Bedford, Texas; his grandchildren, Geneva McHenry Peace (Ash), Zachary Hardaway (Ashlee), Tiffany Cassidy(John), Aaron Broome, Nicole Haaf (Weston), Maurice Poschman, Heather Poschman (Rebecca), and Nathaniel Poschman; as well as many cherished great-grandchildren and many family extended members.

Marvin was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer “Bud” Crow and Margaret Crow, and his brother, Harvey Crow.

Marvin will be remembered for his craftsmanship, salesmanship, always knowing a friend who knew a friend and bullet magnets.
