Mark was the beloved son of Carl Louis Wood and Judith Ann Siemons, and a cherished brother to Ron Wood, Brian Wood, and Kris Jellesed. His family roots ran deep, and he carried those connections with him throughout his life.

He leaves behind five children who were the center of his world: Kristina, David, Michael, Danielle, and Christopher Wood.
