Margaret Ann Davis

April 16, 1936 — August 7, 2025

Grapevine, TX

Margaret (Margot) Ann Frazier Davis, 89, of Bedford, Texas, made her transition, August 7, 2025. She was surrounded by Alexis and Sandy Olive, longtime care family, and her loving family.

Margot was born April 16, 1936 in Houston, Texas to Frances Baker Frazier and Johnnie Andrew Frazier.

Margot’s growing up years were mostly in Dallas, where she graduated from North Dallas High School in 1952. She was the first in her family to attend college, the University of Texas in Austin. She instilled the value of education and the arts to her daughters, Jami and Lori, and encouraged them to live to their fullest potential.

In her professional career, Margot most relished her time at Braniff Airlines (1973-1982). Margot loved the many long time friends she made there, her travel opportunities and her many different experiences with the traveling public. Margot was genuinely proud to be a valued member of The Airport Toastmasters International.

Margot especially loved playing cards, games and dominoes with dear friends Ruth, Diana and Ileen. The Winstar Casino drew her, Ruth and Darlene for some good times. She traveled the world from Hawaii to China. Traveling with family and friends was one of her favorite activities. In her more adventurous days, she pulled skiers behind a speed boat, obtained her license to fly a Cessna, and rode a motorcycle (much to her daughter’s chagrin at University Elementary School).

Margot attended various Christian churches, her favorite memories being her time spent at the Presbyterian church in Park Cities.

Remaining to cherish Margot’s memory are her daughters, Jami Arnst and Lori Davis; sons-in-law, Ted Arnst and Jay Valle; former husband Paul Davis; grandson Paul Arthur Daniel, Sr.; great-grandchildren Fiona, Phoebe, and Paul Daniel, Jr; granddaughter Ashley Arnst Babitt and her husband, Jeff Babitt; great-grandchildren Kate, Landree, and Owen Babitt; sister, Darlene Brahmi; brother, John Frazier; best friend, Ruth Williams and many more friends.

Preceding Margot in death are her mother, Margaret Frances Loftis, father, John Andrew Frazier; Carol Anne Pendley, her cousin.
