Manu Tapu Fakailoatonga, 68 of Euless, passed away December 22, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 3, 1957, in Tonga.

Manu retired from American Eagle. He loved fixing cars. Most of all, he loved spending time with his grandkids and great grandkids. He will be missed by so many who loved him.

He is survived by his children, Emalata & Esau Ahovelo, Malielisi Fakailoatonga, L’tanya & Luatangi Moeakiola, Olakoula & Saineha Fakailoatonga; his grandchildren, Mele & Devaian Saunoa, Simoa & Hafoka Olie, Ameliana & Arlington Taito, Florence & Oketiotaone Vakameilalo, Ane & Ami Latu, Esau Ahovelo, Journey Henderson, Kisi Moeakiola, Andrew Moeakiola, Legend Moeakiola, Isaac Manu & Angela Fakailoatonga, Penilotu Asaeli, Nauvai Asaeli, Losa Asaeli, Ola Jr. Fakailoatonga, Legacy Fakailoatonga, Drew Fakailoatonga, Joe Fakailoatonga; and his favorite furry companion, Shady Olie; also, by 17 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by 3 children, Eileen Vanisi, Loretta Fakailoatonga, and Seletiatu Andrew kata.

Services are scheduled for 12:00 p.m. Saturday, January 3, 2026, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Euless, Texas. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, January 2, 2026, at the Lucas Funeral Home Chapel, Hurst, Texas. Interment will immediately follow the service on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, Colleyville, Texas.
