Lisa Lynn Gurn Antwiler Palmer passed away on June 16, 2015 in Houston, Texas after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 51 years of age.
Memorial Gathering: The family will greet guests from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, June 26 at Lucas Funeral Home in Grapevine.
Lisa was born on December 30, 1963 in Attleboro, Massachusetts to Howard and Lorraine Gurn.
Survivors: Husband, Glenn Palmer; sons, Christopher Antwiler and Brandon Antwiler; parents, Howard and Lorraine Gurn; and brother Howard P. Gurn, Jr. and wife Alicia, and Alicia's son, Cameron Stark.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Lisa's name to Baylor Grapevine to benefit the Pastoral Care program. Make checks payable to: Baylor Health Care System Foundation, 3600 Gaston Ave Suite 100, Dallas, TX 75246. Designation: Baylor Grapevine Pastoral Care.
