Linda Papendorf

Linda Sue Jiles Papendorf, age 71, of Grapevine, Texas, passed into the loving arms of her savior Jesus Christ on October 19, 2024.

Linda was born in Stillwater, Oklahoma on March 9, 1953 to Charles & Opal Jiles of Arlington, Texas. On January 5, 1985, Linda married her best friend, Donald Ray Papendorf of Marlin, TX. Linda and Don were happily married and faithful in their vows to one another for nearly 40 years. They have children Anna Schnack (spouse Erik), Eva Papendorf, Ashley Helm (spouse Shane), and Josh Papendorf (spouse Julie). Linda absolutely adored and loved her children and 11 grandchildren, Lane, Sawyer, Harper, Macy, Molly, Mia, Madeline, Mara, Peter, Pax, and Ronen.

Linda had a strong will and the ability to stand against all trials, leaning on her heavenly Father. She was active in her local church, always caring towards others. She loved her own family, as well as the family of God. With her smart wit, she could recall family memories and was a storyteller at family gatherings; and with her ability to organize anything, everyone always felt well cared for. She will be greatly missed. We can all learn from Linda's kind heart, caring spirit, and trust in the LORD. May she enjoy her eternal reward.

Services will be held at Living Word Lutheran Church in Grapevine, TX on Friday October 25th, 2024 at 2:00pm.
