Linda Diane Knutson Huff, 79, gained her angel wings on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.

Linda was born August 8, 1946, in Coleman, Texas to Lonnie L. Knutson and Wilma Faye Knutson. She attended Sweetwater High School where she graduated in 1964. She married and had two daughters, Steffanie Renee and Michelle Deann.

Linda was a 30 year employee with the City of Grapevine - 25 years serving as the city’s longest standing City Secretary. She retired in 2012, thankful for all the opportunities she was given, as well as all the friends she gained while serving the city.

Linda’s passions were spending time with her family, cooking for them and hosting holidays in her home. She was the best shopping-spree partner, dog mom, cheerleader, advisor, comforter, caregiver, listener and she gave the best hugs.

Her biggest accomplishment was being the BEST mom and Nana ever! She taught her family to be strong and how to love immensely. Her love and compassion for her family will forever live within them all!

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie L. Knutson and Wilma Faye Knutson; her brother, Larry Knutson; and her son-in-law, Bobby Joseph.

Remaining family members that will cherish her memory are: Daughters, Steffanie Joseph and Michelle Hughes; Son-in-law, David Hughes; Grandchildren, Kaila and Kelcee Willoughby, Jessie and Lonny Joseph, and Chance Hughes; Great-grandchildren, Xavier, Brielle and Zayne; Friend, Joe Holton; Brother, Danny Knutson and Wife, Sandra Knutson; several Nieces and Nephews, and numerous loving extended family members.
