Kevin Conte

August 9, 2002 — February 21, 2025

Kevin John Conte will always be a kind, devoted, and loving person to all he knew and loved. He passed away on February 21, 2025. His time with us was far too brief, yet his presence left a lasting imprint on the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Kevin was born on August 9, 2002, in Neptune, New Jersey, where he lived in Toms River, until he moved to Colleyville, Texas in 2006, which became his home and community. Kevin attended Colleyville Elementary school, Colleyville Middle School and graduated from Grapevine High School in 2021. He was a student at University of North Texas, where he was pursuing a career in Finance.

Kevin loved being active in sports, playing football, baseball and softball. He created many lifelong friendships on and off the field that will forever be cherished far beyond the time he spent on this earth. Kevin found great joy in coaching for Stix South Baseball, where he guided and inspired young athletes with his dedication and love for the game.

Kevin was a cherished son, brother, and friend whose kindness, humor, and unwavering loyalty endeared him to many. He found joy in life's simple pleasures-working out, golfing, fishing, vacationing in the Caribbean with his family, exploring the ocean as a certified open-water scuba diver and being with his family and friends. His love for his dogs was eternal; they were his constant companions. A passionate sports fan, Kevin took great pride in supporting the New York Yankees, New York Giants, Dallas Mavericks, and Chelsea FC, with unwavering devotion even though they were frustrating at times to watch.

He is survived by his loving parents, Mark and Nanci Conte of Colleyville, Texas; his sister Brianna (Conte) Donley and her husband, Brian, of Flower Mound, Texas; his brother Ryan Conte and his sister Megan Conte of Colleyville, Texas. Kevin is also survived by his grandmother, Mary Ann Conte of Manchester, New Jersey, along with a circle of family and friends who will carry his memory in their hearts forever.

"Death leaves a heartache no one can heal; love leaves a memory no one can steal." Irish Proverb
