Karen Ann Casper

Karen A. Casper, age 86, of Hurst, Texas, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. Born and raised in Ohio, Karen made Texas her home in June 1984. 

She enjoyed a long and successful career with JPMorgan Chase, retiring after more than 25 years of dedicated service. Karen was known for her love of bowling, bingo, arts and crafts, and puzzles. She was also a devoted baseball fan, cheering on the Texas Rangers—and later the New York Yankees, as many of her favorite Rangers players eventually found their way there. As the last of her generation, Karen now rests peacefully, reunited with and welcomed by the loved ones who preceded her. 

She leaves behind a legacy of love and grace that will continue through her family. She is survived by her four children: Kathy (Gary), Dale (Dianna), Diane (Stacey), and Lori (Curtis); ten grandchildren; thirteen great‑grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Karen will be remembered for her warmth, her humor, and the deep love she shared with those around her. 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst, Texas.
