Justin Alan Vigile

September 25, 1989 — July 28, 2025

Fort Worth, TX

Justin Alan Vigile, age 35, passed away suddenly on Monday, July 28, 2025, in Dallas, TX. Born on September 25, 1989, in Philadelphia, PA, he lived most of his life in Levittown, PA. He was a 2008 Neshaminy High School graduate. Justin resided in Fort Worth, TX, at the time of his death.

Justin was a devoted husband to Samantha (Penna) Vigile; a loyal and caring son to his parents, Anthony Joseph Vigile and Mary Beth (Tuk) Vigile; a proud younger brother to Jon Francis Vigile; a dedicated brother-in-law to Ashley (Shook) Vigile; and a loving uncle to his cherished nieces, Emma Thomas Vigile; Zoe Marie Vigile; and Lucy Arya Vigile. Justin is also survived by his father-in-law, John Louis Penna; his mother-in-law, Lisa (Meeh) Penna; his sister-in-law, Jessica (Penna) Nikocevic; his brother in-law, Enes Nikocevic; and his nephew, Max Nikocevic. Justin was a playful and doting dog-dad to Rhodes, affectionately known as “the Rhodester” and Vinny. He was a fiercely loyal friend – the kind of best friend who always showed up, always listened, and always made life a little brighter.

He left this world too soon, but not before leaving an indelible mark on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. Justin was brilliant, bold, and magnetic. He had a smile that lit up the room, a charm that never felt forced, and a passion for life that was as inspiring as it was contagious. He was the “glue guy” – the one who held people together, who lifted spirits, who fought hard for what and who he loved. More than anything, Justin had a heart – a deep, generous, courageous heart. He loved his family and friends with everything he had, and he fought with all of his strength until the very end, when Jesus called him home.

Justin was a consummate artist – a progressive metal drummer with his band, Extractus, a creative force, a podcaster, and a true student of his craft. Music was not just something he did – it was who he was. Every beat he played carried his heart, his fire, and his beautiful soul. Justin’s life was a complex composition – full of rhythm, energy, love, and light.

To know Justin was to know a man who lived life on his own terms – with grit, heart, and a wild sense of adventure. He was the self-proclaimed “Hog Daddy,” a moniker he bore with a grin and wore like a badge of honor. Hunting wild boar in Texas lit a fire under him. He embraced the challenge, the tradition, and the stories that came with every hunt. Justin enjoyed shooting sports, especially skeet shooting, and often spent time at the range with friends. At home, Justin had a knack for turning a good hunt into a great meal. Smoking pork was one of his favorite hobbies. If Justin was tending the smoker, you knew you were in for something special – good food, cold drinks, and plenty of storytelling. Whether in the brush, behind a shotgun, or around a campfire under an open sky, Justin brought people together.

Professionally, Justin was a natural-born leader. As the General Manager at Capstone Logistics, he brought strength, vision, and integrity to the world of freight transport and supply chain distribution. Those who worked alongside him often spoke of his rare ability to lead with both firmness and empathy – a reflection of the man he was in all areas of his life.

Justin was a mighty HCM warrior. His gifted doctors managed his disease so effectively that we enjoyed an additional 13 years of Justin’s light, love, and laughter after the pioneering apical myectomy performed at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN in January 2012. Justin battled an insidious, silent killer with grace, humor, and dignity for over 20 years. Justin will be missed beyond words, remembered with reverence, and cherished forever by all who knew him. His spirit will live on in the wild places he loved, the family and friends who carry his stories, and the freedom he so deeply cherished.

While we weep on Earth, Justin rejoices in Heaven with his Savior, Jesus Christ. John 3:16.

We will celebrate all that Justin was with a Memorial Service at 2:00PM on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Hope Community Church, 150 E Beidler Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406.
