Joy Kennedy Flippo, 90, passed away Thursday, August 3, 2017.
Joy was born January 5, 1927 in Fort Worth to the late Lloyd and Esta Kennedy. She was a 1945 graduate of Carter Riverside High School and then attended Texas State College for Women. Joy retired as a U.S. Federal Employee in 1994. She was a lifelong resident of Fort Worth.
Joy was preceded in death by her daughter, Pam Flippo.
Daughters, Patti Dresser and husband, Lonnie and Peggy Braley; grandchildren, Lisa , Gordon, Preston, and Chad; and eight great-grandchildren.
