Joseph Gerard Sandoval, born on October 17, 1981, age 44, passed away on November 30, 2025. Born with a generous heart and a deep love for his family, Joseph lived a life rooted in faith, kindness, and genuine compassion.
As an Air Force brat, Joseph moved several times throughout his childhood before his family settled in Texas, a place that quickly became home. He studied history, a subject he loved and enthusiastically shared with those around him.
Joseph was an avid baseball fan who especially cherished attending spring training and collecting autographs. He also enjoyed the energy and storytelling of WWE, which always brought a smile to his face. His greatest joy, however, was found in his family—his treasured nieces and nephews, his sisters, and the many friends who were blessed by his presence.
Joseph had a unique gift for recognizing when others were hurting. He ministered to people with empathy, patience, and an open heart. His Catholic faith was central to his life; he held a deep love for the rosary and the Church, drawing strength, peace, and purpose from his spirituality. Joseph is survived by his parents, Deacon Larry and Tammy Sandoval; his sisters, Stephanie Sandoval and Danisha Huddleston, her husband Ryan, his beloved nieces and nephews; his sister Jacinda Rubliatus, and his grandmother, Myrna Walters. He will be remembered for his warm spirit, his devotion to those he loved, and the gentle way he touched the lives of so many.
