Joseph Morgan

March 18, 1940 — August 12, 2025

In Loving Memory of Joseph Morgan Jr., born and raised in Taunton, Massachusetts native by parents Joseph and Hazel Morgan, a longtime resident of Fort Worth, Texas passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Survived by beloved wife Joyce Marie Morgan, son Lance Morgan and his significant other Cindy Bresnahan, daughter Michele Mercurio, son-in-law, Michael Mercurio and grandchildren, Gianni and Mia Mercurio as well as his sister, Nancy Boucher and several family members.

Joe served in the US Army in Germany in 1960 as Sergeant. He was an avid fisherman “fish-fish” making many wonderful memories down the Cape Cod Canal. He loved spending time with his family, hikes, bike rides, horseback riding, football and softball. His humor was infectious with all who were fortunate enough to have known him. He always put a smile on everyone’s face with his silly charm and smiling eyes. He will be sadly missed by all.

Internment will take place at Mt. Gilead Cemetery in Keller, Texas. Time and date is to be determined.
