Joseph Frank Campagna, affectionately known as Joe, was born on August 8, 1958, in Jamaica, Queens, New York. He spent his formative years in the community of Massapequa, where he graduated from Farmingdale High School. Following his graduation, Joe proudly served in the United States Army as part of the Army corp of Engineers, an experience that would shape his character and instill a sense of dedication and discipline in all aspects of his life.

Joe's professional journey was marked by a deep passion for automobiles. He worked as a service and parts manager for a variety of dealerships, bringing his expertise and commitment to excellence to every position he held. For nearly a decade, he fulfilled his entrepreneurial spirit by owning and operating his own automotive repair business, where he cultivated lasting relationships with his customers and valued the trust they placed in him.

Beyond his career, Joe found immense joy in traveling and indulging in sports, both as a spectator and participant. He cherished moments spent with friends and family, often creating memories that would last a lifetime. His warm heart and generous spirit drew people to him, making him a beloved figure in his community.

Joe's life journey took him to Fort Worth, Texas, where he peacefully passed away on July 24, 2025. He is survived by his son, Michael Campagna, and his daughter, Valerie Crowell.
