Joseph Attonito, 93, of Colleyville passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2018.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Colleyville, Saturday, March 3, at 12:00 noon. Committal Service with Military Honors at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park following the Mass at 1:30 pm. Visitation will be held Friday, March 2, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst.
Joseph Attonito was born October 30, 1924 in Rockville Center, New York to Giuseppe and Rafaella Attonito. Joseph served in the United States Army from April 1943 until December 1945. Following his Honorable Discharge as a Staff Sergeant he married Corrine Viola Dickson and they were married 68 years when she passed away in February 2014.
He is survived by his daughter, Barbara Attonito-Cox, and her husband, Larry, and his granddaughter, Marisa Cox.
