John Cooper

Mr. John Arthur Cooper, a beloved husband, father, and brother, passed away on October 18, 2024, in Keller, TX at the age of 64. Born on December 15, 1959, in Dover, NJ. He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

John's devotion to his family was unparalleled. He is survived by his loving spouse, Susan Cooper, his daughters Chelsea Cooper and Amanda Moore, his son-in-law Jake Moore, his brother Tom Cooper, his sister-in-law Kim Cooper and his furry best friend Buddy. His family was his pride and joy, and he found immense fulfillment in the happiness of his loved ones.

John lived a life filled with passion and joy. An avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, he found camaraderie and excitement in cheering for his favorite team. When not on the sidelines, John could often be found watching golf, volunteering at church, or having lunch on "the deck". Yet, above all, he treasured the time spent with Susan, Chelsea and Amanda, finding joy in their every success and momentous occasion.

A heartfelt Funeral Service will take place at Calvary Lutheran Church (7620 Baker Boulevard, Richland Hills, TX 76118) on October 26, 2024, at 11:00 am, where friends and family will come together to celebrate John's life and legacy.

John Arthur Cooper will forever be remembered for his kindness, devotion, and unwavering love for his family. May his memory live on in the hearts of those who knew and cherished him.

John was preceded in death by his parents Donald and Margaret Cooper, father-in-law Robert Amos and mother-in-law Bridget Amos. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in John's memory to the Calvary Lutheran Church Mission Trip Fund.
