Joe is preceded in death by his mother Nancy Sue Mitchell, father Harry William Mitchell, sister Kay Thompson and brother Bobby Mitchell.
Joe is survived by his son Joey Mitchell, daughter Jaime (Harrison) Fluster, granddaughter Alexa Mitchell, grandson Henry Fluster, and two furballs Sunny and Luna.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) in honor of his beloved brother Bobby.
