Jesse B. Burdine, 89, of Burleson passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at an assisted living facility in Burleson.
Funeral: 12 p.m. Wednesday at Lucas and Blessing Funeral Home. Interment: 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Lucas and Blessing Funeral Home.
Jesse was born March 9, 1930 and was preceded in death by his parents and wife of 48 years, Dera Jimison Burdine. Jesse was an avid fisherman. He retired from the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant and from the Fort Worth Police Department as a Detective.
Survivors; two daughters, a son, two brothers, a sister, numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
