Jane Anne Cleppe

Jane Anne Cleppe, 74, went peacefully to our Lord on Friday, August 31, 2018. She was born December 14, 1943, to Alfred and Doris Nikolay in Los Angeles, CA. Jane spent her entire career as an educator of elementary school children both abroad and in Texas before retiring in 2002. The city of Grapevine was her home for the last 30 years. In her free time she enjoyed sewing, knitting, embroidery and quilting which earned her multiple blue ribbons awarded by the Texas State Fair. Jane is survived by her husband of 32 years, Phillip Cleppe, her son Kevin Raper, her daughter Jennifer Bone and husband Jeff, her daughter Cassandra Bruner and husband Mark, grandchildren J. D., Travis and Mark Douglas III, and four stepchildren with families. A memorial service will be held at Lucas Funeral Home, 700 W. Wall Street, September 22, 2018, at 1:00 pm.
