Jada Summer Gonzalez

Jul 13, 2003 — Jul 29, 2026

Lewisville, Texas

There are no words to express the heartbreak we feel as we say goodbye to our beloved Jada Summer Gonzalez. At only 23 years old, Jada was taken from this world far too soon, leaving behind a pain that words can never fully describe. Born on July 13, 2003, to her loving parents, Heather LeTrent and Neftaly Gonzalez, Jada was a precious gift whose life, though far too brief, forever changed the hearts of everyone who knew and loved her.

Jada was more than a daughter, sister, aunt, and friend she was the light that brightened every room she entered & was the life of the party for any occasion she attended. Her beautiful smile, infectious laughter, and compassionate heart made everyone feel seen, loved, and accepted. She carried a warmth that could comfort even the heaviest hearts and had a way of making people believe that everything would be okay.

She leaves behind her loving mother Heather LeTrent, devoted sisters, Alexis Smith, Amber Smith, and Tahlia Gonzalez, along with her soul sister, Georgia Johnson, their bond with Jada was unbreakable. Jada also leaves behind a number of loving cousins, aunts & uncles who loved Jada unconditionally. While they will forever carry the ache of her absence, they will also carry the countless memories, laughter, and love she gave so freely.

Of all the roles Jada cherished, none brought her more joy than being a Titi. Her nieces and nephews were her whole world. She loved them fiercely, spoiled them endlessly, and filled their lives with laughter, hugs, and unconditional love. She also found happiness in cooking for the people she loved, bringing family together around the table and making sure no one ever felt alone. Jada always put others before herself, finding her greatest joy in seeing those around her smile.

The loss of Jada has left a void that can never be filled. We were not ready to let her go, and our hearts will forever long for one more hug, one more laugh, one more "I love you." Though her journey on earth was far too short, the love she gave will echo through generations, and her memory will live on in every life she touched.

Our hearts are broken, but we take comfort in knowing that love never dies. Jada's beautiful spirit will forever be with us in every family gathering, every shared meal, every embrace, and every precious memory.

Forever 23. Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever Summer. Until we meet again.
