Jack Monroe Huie 59, of North Richland Hills, Texas, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2025, surrounded by family and loved ones.
Jack was born on May 19, 1966, in Raymondville, Texas, to Jerry and Ann Huie. He grew up in South Texas and later in Medina, Texas. Jack earned his bachelor’s degree from Tarleton State University, where he was an active and spirited member of campus life, proudly participating in The Purple Poo, The Plowboys and Fraternity KA. During this time, he formed lifelong friendships and created countless memories that he loved to share.
Following graduation, Jack dedicated his talents to the logistics industry, where he built a successful career and served as Vice President.
In 1993, Jack married Jennifer, and together they shared 32 wonderful years of marriage, building a life filled with love, laughter, and devotion to their children, Colton and Kendall.
Jack will be remembered for his sense of humor, quick wit, and love of the outdoors. He found joy in hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his friends and family.
He is survived by his loving wife, Jennifer; his son, Colton Huie (wife Taylor); his daughter, Kendall Davis(husband Phil); and his cherished granddaughter, Lauren Davis. He is also survived by his mother, Ann Huie; sisters Melissa Schneider (husband Joe) and Letitia Johnson (husband Charles); as well as many nieces and nephews. Jack was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Huie.
A Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst, Texas. Family and friends are invited to attend and share memories.
