Geraldine Louise Sanders

Geraldine Louise (Schneider) Sanders passed away on December 13, 2025, at the age of 92. She was a resident of Stone Creek Senior living in North Richland Hills, Tx. She was born in San Antonio, Tx. on February 9, 1933.

Many knew her, and loved her as “Gerry”, friends, family, and co-workers. She was a graduate of Brackenridge High in San Antonio, Tx. and a member of the marching band.

Gerry was preceded in death by her parents, Louis Joseph Schneider and Anna Belle (Truly) Schneider of San Antonio, Tx.; also, by her grandson, Derek Sanders, and by her great grandson, Matthew Martinson.

She is survived by her daughters, Deborah Ware, and her husband, Bob Ware of Missouri, and Tina Peka and her husband, Al Peka of Texas and her son, Jeff Sanders and his wife, Heidi Sanders of Texas. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Joseph Ware, Tammie Reese, Jason Martinson, Brian Martinson, Kevin Martinson and Kristi Sanders, as well as her great grandchildren, Preston and Pearce Martinson, Austin and Brayden Martinson, Izzy Ware and Mackenzie, Ellie and Landry Martinson.

Interment will be at Mission Park South Cemetery in San Antonio, Tx., 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 18, 2025.
