George Thomas Hearn went home to his Heavenly Father, Monday October 24, 2016, at his home surrounded by his family.
Graveside: 2:30 p.m. Monday, October 31, 2016 at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, Lane "C". The family will receive friends 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst.
George was born November 17, 1934 in Wayne, Michigan. He was a Korean War veteran, husband, father and Grampa. He was a Construction Superintendent and built many homes, schools and shopping centers in the metroplex. George loved to fish, hunt, his Texas Rangers, Cowboys and spending time with family. He was a Godly man and member of Metroplex Chapel.
Preceded in death, son Michael, his sister Sharlene and his parents.
Survivors: He was devoted to his wife Doris for 62 years, his children Vicky Paradise (Curt) and Ann Thompson (Steve), 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. His brothers Richard Hearn (Susan) Brian Hearn (Connie) Larry Andrus and sister Denise Cantwell.
