Frances passed away peacefully on July 15, 2026, in Mineola, Texas. She was born on November 15, 1937, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Goldie and Ira Blue.
Frances was a woman whose life was defined by love, kindness, and a gentle spirit. She had a remarkable ability to make those around her feel cared for and valued, and it was often said that she never had a harsh word to say about anyone. Her greatest joy was her family. She dearly loved her children, grandchildren, and the generations that followed, cherishing every opportunity to spend time with them and celebrate life's special moments together.
In her quieter moments, Frances found happiness in watching Hallmark movies and surrounding herself with the beauty of flowers. Her warm heart, compassionate nature, and unwavering love for her family will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her sons, Mikel Garner and wife, Jan, and Randall Garner; her daughter, Deanna Alexander and husband, Marlon; her sister, Jenell Aguirre and husband, Sergio; her brother, Charles Blue and wife, Jeanie; her grandchildren, Christopher, Jamen, Athena, Sarah, Gracie, Tori, Mandy, and Krista; 20 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren, along with many other extended family members and dear friends.
Frances was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gilbert Garner; her son, Steven Cosby Garner; and her grandson, Steven Garner.
Though her family grieves her passing, they find comfort in the legacy of love, grace, and kindness she leaves behind. Her gentle spirit and the love she shared so freely will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
