Dr. Glenn Ray Eubank, 90, passed away on June 2, 2026.
Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst, Texas with Phil Hodson officiating. Visitation will be held at 12 pm Thursday, prior to the service at Lucas.
Graveside services will be held at 10 am Friday, June 12, 2026, at the Riverside Cemetery in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Glenn was born on September 19, 1935, in Lorenzo Texas, to Mary Ann and Glenn Bruce Eubank. He grew up in Idalou, Texas, and graduated from Idalou Normal School. He attended Texas Tech University his freshman year and then transferred to Texas A&M to earn his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. He opened the Eubank Animal Clinic in Hurst in 1963 and remained in business through 2003. He resided in Bedford, Texas since 1964.
He married Clarice Powell in March of 1961 in Wichita Falls, Texas. They had been married 64 years at the time of Clarice’s passing.
Glenn joined the Air Force after completing his degree at Texas A&M and achieved the rank of 1st Lieutenant before his honorable discharge. Glenn was well known as a veterinarian in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford community and remained in business for 40 years. He enjoyed photography and videography. He was an award-winning photographer and performed video work at weddings, events and local choir concerts. One of his greatest passions was supporting his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren in their school events and talents.
Survivors include daughters Sherla Khalil and husband Khaled Khalil, and Kathryn Tvenge and husband Wyeth Tvenge; sons Nelson Eubank and wife Penny Eubank, and Mason Eubank and wife Johanne Tremblay; grandchildren; Sasha Smartt, Miles Biringanine, Carissa Eubank and Nathan Eubank; and great-grandchildren; Landon, Chloe and Lily Smartt; sister Francis Baker and husband Deuon Baker.
Glenn is preceded in death by his wife Clarice, his parents, his sister Fern Searsy and grandchild Joshua Biringanine.
Funeral arrangements for Dr. Eubank are entrusted to Lucas Funeral Home at 1321 Precinct Line Road, Hurst Texas.
