She was preceded in death by her son, Jamie Lynn Tompkins and her mother, Claudie Lucille McDowell.
Donna is survived by her husband, Ralph Tompkins; sons, Jeffery Scott Tompkins and Justin Taylor Tompkins; 4 grandchildren; father, Weldon Dee McDowell; brothers, Danny Louis McDowell and Weldon Dee McDowell Jr.; and numerous other relatives and friends.
