Visitation: Monday, 6-8 p.m., Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst.
Ms. Burgess was born January 13, 1969 in Orange, New Jersey. She was employed as a baker at Einstein Bagels.
Ms. Burgess was preceded in death by her brother Roland Van Varden.
She is survived by her mother Peggy Van Varden; brothers John (Marie) Frana and Robert Erdman; grandchildren Chris Burgess, Fisher Wilder, Kylie Wilder and JJ Wilder and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
