With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Daniel “Danny Boy” Wayne Call on Monday, May 4, 2026, at his home in Grapevine, Texas.

Born on February 7, 1965, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, Dan was preceded in death by his brother, David C. Call and is survived by his father, Daniel W. Call; his mother, Bonnie H. Stoicovy; and his four siblings: Carole Thomson, Karen McArthur, Bonnie McCusker, and Jennifer D’Amico. He is also lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews.

After attending Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania, Dan served honorably in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1985 to 1991. A veteran of Operation Desert Storm, he exemplified a strong sense of duty and commitment to his country and received an honorable discharge upon completion of his service. He then continued his education at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, graduating in 1995.

Dan devoted most of his career to the high-technology software industry, where he was recognized as a skilled and dynamic Senior Account Manager. He was known for aligning company technology resources, and his clients valued not only his expertise, but also his leadership, kindness, and exceptional guidance.

Above all, Dan cherished his family and will be remembered for his warm smile, quick wit, and infectious sense of humor. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, and his absence leaves a lasting void in the lives of his family, friends, and colleagues.

A private burial will be held at Jefferson Memorial Cemetery on Saturday, June 6, at 2:30 p.m. The family requests that flowers be delivered to Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 4301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15236.
