Clent Carol Piercey of Keller, Texas passed away peacefully on December 12, 2025 at the age of 86. He was born to Clent Willard Piercey and Mary Elizabeth Brannon Piercey in Dill City, OK on May 8, 1939.
Throughout his life, Clent lived with a strong and steady faith in the Lord, reflected in his love and devotion to family, enduring loyalty, and quiet kindness. Blessed with incredible intelligence and an entrepreneurial spirit, he was adept at designing and building practical solutions to make work easier. He also found great joy in attending car shows, where he proudly shared the dream truck he had built. Above all else, he loved dearly his bride of 56 years, Jerri, and was so proud of his children, and loved being PaPa to his grandchildren, who all absolutely adored him. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Clent was preceded in death by his father Clent Willard Piercey, his mother Mary Elizabeth Brannon Piercey, his sister Linda Colene Piercey, his step-mother Joyce Piercey, and his step-brother Gene Griffin.
He is survived by his loving wife Jerri Piercey, his daughter Shannon Piercey Sluder (and husband Mark Sluder), his son Derek Piercey (and wife Jana Piercey), his granddaughter Kaley Piercey Hoover (and husband Staton Hoover), his grandson Cody Piercey, his grandson Matthew Bohn (and fiancee’ Victoria Phung), his granddaughter London Bohn, his brother Jimmy Piercey (and wife Lowayne Piercey), his brother JT Piercey (and wife Lori Piercey), his sister Mitzi Switzer (and husband John Switzer), and many other extended family members and countless friends.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Lucas Funeral Home of Keller. Visitation will be Friday, December 19th 6-8pm at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller. The memorial service and celebration of his life will be Saturday, December 20th at 10am, also at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller, immediately followed by a brief interment ceremony at Mount Olivet in Fort Worth at noon.
