He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Lybrand; daughter, Emma Payton Chappell; son, Gage Carter Chappell; mother, Francine Sloan; sister, Yolanda Chappell; grandfather, Ron Sloan; nieces, Kateland Wood and Hailey Rymer; nephew, James Rymer and many cousins and extended family.
Chris was preceded in death by his father, John and sister, Brittney Chappell.
