Carlos Edgardo Garcia Arroyo was born September 19, 1957 to Carlos and Elba Garcia in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He entered into rest peacefully and surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, December 14, 2021.
Carlos is survived by his parents; his wife, Silvia Garcia; three sons, Carlos Garcia and wife Kimberly, Roberto Garcia and wife Alison, and Javier Garcia; five grandchildren; and two sisters.
