Memorial: 2:00 p.m. Monday, at Lucas Funeral home in Hurst.
Inurnment will be private in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Charles and son, Bryan.
Survivors: Son, David W. Hager of Hurst.
