Bertha Ann
Marsh
Nov 26, 1952 — Aug 14, 2026
Burleson
With profound love and heartbreaking sadness, we announce the passing of Bertha Ann Marsh, age 73. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, wife, and friend whose presence brought warmth, laughter, and unwavering love to everyone fortunate enough to know her.
For 35 wonderful years, Ann shared a beautiful life with her husband, Randy. Together, they built a life filled with joy, devotion, and countless cherished memories. Their journey was one of deep partnership and enduring love, a bond that will remain forever in Randy’s heart.
Born November 26,1952 in Corpus Christi, Texas, Ann eventually found her way to North Carolina where she loved the trees and the seasons. Wherever she was, she carried the steady, grounded spirit of her southern roots throughout her life. Almost with a gypsy soul, she loved to travel and see different places. She considered Texas her home as much as North Carolina and often loved to come visit her family.
Ann leaves behind her beloved husband, Randy; her son, Daryl; her daughter Elizabeth and son-in-law, Wyatt; her cherished grandchildren, Jamis, Logan, and Pierce. Ann loved her grandchildren dearly and was devoted to their happiness. She also leaves behind her precious poodle, Darla.
To know Ann was to know love, humor, and spunkiness. She brought life to every gathering, and truth to every conversation. She had a green thumb, was a wonderful cook, and spent many of her years in the pages of a book. In her younger years, she had a love for country dancing, was a pool shark, and was the life of every party. She enjoyed living her life to the fullest with no regrets.Though her time with us was far too short, the love and fond memories of Ann will never end.
Her family will hold her close in every story shared, every tradition continued, and every moment shaped by the love she poured into their lives.
On Sunday, October 25, 2026 from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm, a celebration of life will be held upstairs in the Skybar at Old Texas Brewing Company, located at 112 West Ellison Street, Burleson TX.
Please send all memorial flowers to 800 Georgia Avenue, Burleson TX 76028.
